Tina Knowles Lawson speaks out once again on the Jussie Smollet test.

After wondering if the besieged ‘Empire’ the actor would be receive the same compassion as Amy Cooperthe matriarch and media pundit shares her feelings that he ultimately didn’t.

As reportedSmollett was sentenced to five months in prison following his conviction for faking an alleged hate crime in January 2019.

Since then, the actor’s sister Day and co-star of “Empire” Taraji P.Henson condemned the prison sentence – saying the decision was harsh and rooted in racial injustice.

Check out what she had to say below…

“It doesn’t matter what opinion you have on whether or not Jussie Smollet did what he is charged with or not. The punishment does not fit the crime.

People walk away free to kill our people every day. How many cases of our young black people have been murdered in the last year, and the people they were with are free! And what about those involved in the betrayal at the White House? Most have gone unpunished!

And then they give this man five months in prison. Are you kidding me? It is unfair. This man is not a threat to society.
This is an example of the disparities between how we are treated compared to our white counterparts.

Black people, we can’t afford to miss this! Believe me, you and your family could be next! So let’s make some noise about it and ask for probation!

The judge was obviously biased and very disrespectful and they wanted to disrespect and discredit former district attorney Kim Fox, who was a black woman. Please do your research on the case and look at the crime he is charged with and look at the time given to him. they want to destroy this man.

BTW If you have a difference of opinion, I completely understand that, but stay positive ❤️🙏🏽”
